What are I-Wrapz?
I-Wrapz is a creative new product that takes the place of those old dull faceplates for the mobile devices and more. I-Wrapz are printed in full HD color on 3M premium grade, adhesive-back cast vinyl, they are then coated with a high gloss clear protection coating that allows the I-Wrapz to protect the mobile device of your choise from signs of regular use. How can I cancel or change my order?
You may cancel or change you order usually within 12 hours of placing your order. Please call our customer service department for more information at 973-759-0162.
How long after my order is placed will it take to ship?
I-Wrapz ships out orders usually within 1 to 3 days of being placed Monday thru Friday. Ultimately the time it takes to be delivered depends on the method of shipment you have chosen. Please login in to your account to view your order status.
Is shopping on I-Wrapz.com secure?
Yes. I-Wrapz.com was built with security in mind. I-Wrapz.com has full security features built in, everything from secure customer login and accounts, to encrypted payment methods.
What methods of payments do you prefer?
I-Wrap.com accepts most forms of online payments including visa, MasterCard, American express, discover, and paypal online payments.
How do I check the status of my order?
Checking the status of your order is as easy as ever. Login to your account using the link on the top of the page then select account from the top menu. The please select my orders for a list of current and previous orders.
How do I return and item that I purchased in your online store?
Any unused and unopened I-Wrapz purchased from our online store (with the exception of the custom i-wrapz) may be returned for a full refund. All items that are returned must be sealed and unopened. To process a refund please follow the following steps.
Step 1: Request and RMA number by emailing returns@i-wrapz.com with your order number, order date, and reason for the return.
Step 2: You will be issued an RMA number and given instructions on how to return the item.
Step 3: Once we receive the item we will process the refund to your credit card or paypal account.
Are I-Wrapz reusable?
YES all of our I-Wrapz are completely reusable that is why they are shipped in CD cases for easy storage while changing your I-Wrapz for different designs.
Will putting an I-Wrapz on my mobile device void the warranty?
No. I-Wrapz are designed and created to simply just stick on top of the device there is no need to take apart the phone for installation.
Are I-Wrapz easy to apply?
Yes. I-Wrapz are one of the easiest skins to apply. Each I-Wrapz is specifically designed to fit your device.

I’ve got a design I’d like to make into a skin Can you help?
Yes please visit our custom skin creator where you are able to create your own customized skin.
I see that you offer custom skins, can I put my favorite cartoon character or a professional sports team on my custom skin?
Unfortunately due to copyright infringement laws, we cannot reproduce designs, logos, or characters without direct permission from the license holder. If the character or logo you would like on your skin is copyrighted, unfortunately, we cannot create your custom skin.
